At Clothfactory99, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving the product if:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged product received
• Defective product received

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.

Refunds may be denied if:

• The product is used or damaged by the customer.
• Return request is submitted after 15 days.
• Product is returned without original packaging.
